RECITAL
Juliette Mullen is part of RISING Fierce and agrees to provide you with coaching and therapy (“Coaching”) to facilitate your achievement of specific and agreed goals related to your personal and professional development through conversations or meetings with You.
AGREEMENT
You and RISING Fierce hereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Coaching below which are hereby incorporated by reference.
REFUNDS
We offer a refunds within 14 days unless you have accessed the material or undertaken any coaching. As soon as you access the programme or join any sessions, you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange on our products or services.
SESSIONS
Coaching will be carried out online over Zoom or in person and duration is between 45 mins to 1 hour, unless otherwise stated. To be held at agreed times. Sessions cannot be cancelled within 48 hours or they are considered to be used.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You have no right to use or reproduce any of the processes, techniques, presentations, methodologies, precedents and materials used by Your coach in The Soul Success bootcamp activities (“Materials”). You must not at any time use or reproduce the Materials in any manner, shape or form (except for Your own personal use) and shall ensure that none of Your representatives, agents or any related bodies corporate use or reproduce the Materials in any manner, shape or form. You shall indemnify and keep RISING Fierce indemnified in respect of any loss or damage caused or sustained by RISING Fierce in the event of Your breach of this paragraph.
PERSONAL DATA
As part of the Coaching services, RISING Fierce may need to obtain Your personal details or confidential material relating to you personally and may need to pass these details onto your Coach in order for the the event to be arranged and effective. RISING Fierce shall not disclose any of your personal information to any other third party without Your consent.
